Nancy Duarte’s Presentation Ecosystem gives equal weight to three components: content, visual presentation, and delivery. I think delivery is hugely important but, perhaps, the most difficult to study.
Garr Reynolds’ The Naked Presenter, as I’ve blogged again and again, changed my life. This is the best text about delivery that I have ever read, and I think his approach is something anyone can understand and apply. Read more about The Naked Presenter here.
