I am currently reading Seth Godin’s Tribes and Linchpin. Tribes (2008) is a tiny, 100 and something pager on leadership. Designed to be a quick read, Tribes doesn’t have chapters, so I’m sure I’ll read it in one sitting. Linchpin (2010) claims there are three types of teams in the workplace: management, labor, and the linchpin. Linchpins are the creative, connecting ideas folk. Both books will be inspirational for developing leadership potential in the business world. Reviews coming soon!
