In this interview, Seth Godin talks about the end of the industrial age, an end to the putting your head down, doing what your told, going to work and being an average worker mentality. I love his idea that people who are “average” doing “average work” are going to be replaced; it really gives me hope that all the innovative, dynamic people who really work hard will be rewarded somehow.
