JesseDee updated his amazing Slideshare presentation “You Suck At PowerPoint,” and his revamp is even better than his first version… if that’s even possible. I love the updated version!

I love JesseDee’s Slideshare channel and have blogged about him quite a few times since I accidentally stumbled upon him last year. His “100 Sexy Slides” does include some of his previous work, but I think budding slide designers can learn a lot by seeing what he does with a slide. Please compare JesseDee’s effective method with, say, every other PowerPoint you’ve ever seen.

When I finally watched The King’s Speech, I was in awe for 118 minutes. The movie helped me as a presentation instructor to really connect with my students on a deeper level and to understand and to empathize with their fears of public speaking. Because of this film, I now see my role as teacher as well as coach and cheerleader. My students need so much from me because all of them are apprehensive about delivering a speech in front of an audience.
