This morning, I received an email from TED-Ed, an offshoot of TED.com that focuses on education. The website’s “About” section explains: “TED-Ed’s commitment to creating lessons worth sharing is an extension of TED’s mission of spreading great ideas. Within the growing TED-Ed video library, you will find carefully curated educational videos, many of which represent collaborations between talented educators and animators nominated through the TED-Ed platform” (Source).
You’ll definitely want to visit the TED-Ed website and sign up for the email list. The emailed newsletter includes a few sample lessons; a TED Talk Lessons section; a “Featured User Flip;” a featured blog post; and a “Get Involved” section.
