Most of my students admit to being nervous about public speaking, although – as we know – all of us get that lizard brain from time to time. Learning more about how our brain works helps us feel okay about that moment or two of anxiety. Hearing Kowan’s story, and the stories of others, helps us know we’re not alone. And then, it will be up to us to figure out how to overcome that fear.
